I got suggestion from the doc. for taking H vit forte for stimulation of hair growth. But what should be the dosage of it and is there any side effects?

The tab helps in hair growth no doubt but I don't think it gonna start growth on beard region.beard is a male hormone sensitive area.so genes and hormones play important role.i would suggest you to see a dermatologist and endocrinologist if required.
