Hi,
My partner is planning to undergo a countoura vision surgery but she has been prescribed to undergo barrage first since she has retinal tear in one of the eyes. We got a second opinion too from a different hospital which doesn't have countoura. Now the thing is barrage from the second hospital is significantly less expensive than the one from the first hospital. But we have to get the final surgery done at the first hospital only. Both hospitals are equally good and reputed, so I wanted to know whether we can go for the barrage from the second hospital and the actual countoura surgery from the first hospital. Thank you!

Hi ..
If you are comfortable with the doctor, you can do it wherever you want .
Barrage is done by a retina specialist.
Contura by general Ophthalmologist or cornea specialist.
