Barium level in blood

I did blood test in which toxic elements category Barium level is shown on higher than normal range i.e 37.39 ug/l. How can i reduce this. And what problems it create.

It is interesting to know that the barium level was detected high however I would like to know whether other elements which were tested were normal or not?
