Baraclude entecavir issue

My mother 50 years suffering from hbsag positive is under entecavir baraclude treatment for last 6 months .
Her viral count is undetectible and lft report normal.
But since last week she is feeling dizzy and loss of appetite.
What is the reason and how should we proceed in this condition

anti virals are prescribed depending on viral lode and also intensity of infection in your body .. kindly continue medications as prescribed and also go for regular follow up with blood investigations..
