Balanitis Problem
I am a 37 years old diabetic male facing balanitis ( foreskin infection ) since many years. My foreskin becomes very tight and there are scars also when I force to retract it. It used to come and go earlier and I used to apply tropical creams like candid B but from last 1 year it is almost persistent issue. Is circumcision only solution or there are non surgical solutions also for this?
