Balanitis on the tip of penis
I feel that I have some problems that is similar to balanitis. This problem started after my skin around that area was itching since few days. Also some rashes have like thing has affected that area including armpits.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
