What foods should I eat to follow the healthy, any balanced diet you recommend? My daily schedule is of a sedentary worker. I do not take much of fruits and sugar in my diet already due to diabetes.

I take it that you have diabetes, you have to be more physically active. Even if you have a desk job, you have to keep moving around during the day with regular physical activity schedule for at least an hour with different types of activities like walking, cycling , yoga, etc. You should not miss breakfast, have to have a low carbohydrate diet, include vegetables in all 3 meals supplemented with in between meal time healthy snacks like salad, buttermilk, soups, and fresh fruits. Finish dinner before 8:30 pm.
