Bad smell with dizziness&illusions
My father is a 65 year old who has diabetes. His sugar levels are within range with the help of medications. His hearing has reduced since 2 years. Since last 2 months he has been complaining about on and off dizziness. This week he has experienced bad smell accompanied by some strange thoughts and dizziness. No fever or anything. He gets enough sleep and healthy otherwise. What should we do now doctors. Please guide us. Pls help us in understanding what might be the reason for this and let us know whom we can consult for further treatment. Please don't tell me to consult online because we prefer to visit the hospital in person. Please help.

We can do MRI brain and look any lesion in the brain. If there is a lesion then it has to-be addressed. Otherwise other investigations have to be done and medicines have to be given.
Next Steps
consult a neurosurgeon or neurologist.
