Pigmentation on both sides of cheek and forehead is mainly caused by hormonal changes and further aggravated by sun exposure.There are various treatments available like chemical peels, Laser, depigmenting masks,microdermabrasion, etc which can be recommended based on your skin type and type if pigmentation.
