Bad infection on penis
I am having a skin infection on penis for a long time a red red spots I have shown so many doctors they prescribed ointment and antibiotic such as HH Levi, megazolid plus, herpakind 800 plus ointment such as propyzole nf, flucidin, retino, flucidic acid but still it does not work I am very much tensed with this problem my age is 43 years now what should I do I can send some pic if any what's app no is given

what you describe can be a fungal infection or a viral infection or even an inflammatory condition such as genital lichen planus or zoon's balanitis. without examination and assessment cannot comment more. at times there can also be overlapping infections present. you can get a second opinion from another qualified dermatologist , and followup regularly to Make sure you are on proper treatment. hope this was helpful.
