Bad hairfall
I am having very bad hairfall, for no good reason. I am maintaining healthy diet. Not sure if the water is too hard or is it the rains in Bengaluru. Can you all docs guide to see which doctor. I really get disheartened to see my long hair strands falling and this has started from July only. Pls advise

Hairfall can be due to a variety of reasons. Diet plays a part in it and is not the only thing determining it. Stress, generics, hormones and micronutrients play a major role as well. Sometimes, humidity does too but that's temporary. Hairfall can be minimized if not stopped and there are evidences of regeneration of hair follicles as well. Consult for apt management and advice.
