Bacterial infection in nether regions

I've been having this infection for about a year now.The skin had red rashes and was very itchy. I maintain hygiene, i bathe on regular basis. At first i was very embarrassed about going to a doctor.So i tried some creams.Then after 2-3 months whe it wasn't cured i went to see a doctor (not a skin specialist).The doctor gave me some tablets and some creams.Finally the infection lessened.The redness and itching went.But it came back again after the treatment and now I've had 10+puss filled pimpl

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and buttocks area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, hh zole, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application.
