Hello doctors, I'm suffering from TYPHOID FEVER from 7 days and taking medicine... 1. cefixime 200 and oflaxcin 200 (Bid) 2. paracetamol 50O MG (Tid) now I'm having cold/sneezes/runny nose/blocked nose... can you please prescribe me any tablets for my cold runny blocked sneezed nose which goes along with above mentioned antibiotics..... without causing any contradiction and drug reaction??? You can use  saline nasal spray like Nasoclear..2 sprays twice daily for 5 days and steam inhalation with Cap Karvol plus at night.
