I hav a pain since7 yr in my spinal slightly total end of the neck its so sivere when I sit down, so to controll the pain I bend myself like a bending tree..
My standing posture is also not good just because I can't stand straight because of this pain
I cant sit long time on floor without support,

hello there.
you need to consult a orthopedician.
get a xray of the cervical spine and LS spine. a MRI may be required.
consult your orthopedician ASAP.
