  3. Back sprain. Carry out for a diagnosis.

Last night I probably slept in an awkward position, this morning when I got I had unbearable lower back pain towards the left. I am unable to sit or walk. I tried hot fomentation but to no avail. Any help as to what I can do to ease the pain or what scans I can carry out for a diagnosis.

Apply any oil after warming it.  Do not massage.  Consult nearby physician.
