Back pain n can't bend n get up
Back pain, swelling in ankles, urinary incontinence n leg pain. After consuming food, slowly when stomach starts filling , I get a type of pain on my back n it runs through the left leg till my toes. Due to this, during sleep , I get disturbed.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Your issue isn't simple so as to prescribe you something online.
Need to take a detailed history and need to examine you clinically and subject you to some tests also.
Get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
