I've been suffering with backache since a month.. I travel ECIL x Road to hitch city daily by cab. And day by day the pain is increasing..

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Supracal pro once a day for a month. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks and consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
