Back pain from Feb'19
I slipped last February and from then I have developed back pain. When tested it said vitamin d deficiency. Please advise me some method to reduce this pain as nowadays it pains even while standing when I do dishes. I am very young n have back pain and grey hairs. Please request you to help me out.

Hey! Dnt wry, first u need to tell me its been how many days since u hv this pain. And in wat position mainly you get pain. Some time when u fall u get a minor hair line fracture which is very small but gives alot of pain. Also u need to mention at which time it pains more, like just after u get up in morning or all the time.
