Back pain and weight loss

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Is 0 monocyte is normal or not ...is it harmful for my body...I don't have fever chills or urine burning..but I have more back pain n my blood test report shows 36 ESR and monocyte 0

The monocyte range is very low, the normal range 0.2-0.8 x 10^9/L. The ESR is elevated,the normal range is 0-22 mm/hr for men and 0-29 mm/hr for women. ESR maybe due to inflammation over the back. But the monocytes has to be clinically correlated to make a diagnosis, So I would advise you to visit a MD general medicine to get evaluated and undergo investigations to find the underlying cause and have it treated.
