Back pain and headache

Asked for Female, 28 Years

After my delivery of second child I feel very week and daily when I get up in d morning my back pains alot and when watching I get headache or when I travel in ac car I get headache and I deliver my first child Feb 2013 and second child in September 2014 so was very and both was ceaseran wat should I do to stay fit
