Back muscule sprain.
Was having a back pain from past 10 days,but gradually I was recovering after applying some garlic and mustard oil.but yesterday while I was standing and cooking I sneezed and just after that got a muscular sprain kind of thing in the back area,from that point of time till now it is quite painfull,I am unable to walk properly or sit properly
