  3. Back clicking. Finally clicks/ cracks!

I am a dancer and I take acrobatics class. Quite a while ago I pulled a muscle in the top left hand side of my back. Since then i have been having this weird clicking going on. It's not all the time only every now and again but it feels like something is trapped and then it hurts when it finally clicks/ cracks
