Back and body pain
Yesterday I fell from my bike while riding on the slope near entrance of my building. I gave lot of pressure with my hands to have control of the bike when bike was going to fall but bike fell on other side and I fell on the road near my building. I fell on my hips with lot of pressure and now my back especially right side is paining, legs and hands full body is paining. Please suggest. I took febrex pain killer in morng once. Yesterday I did not take any medicine. There is no wound , no bleeding.
