My son age 1.2 years . He is often falling down due to his own balancing while running so he is getting little scratches and minor wounds i think he dnt need treatment to that but which ointment can i use for pain relief to him pls advise me

Hi.
Minor wounds don’t require painkiller if the child is not in pain: you can use t- bact ointment for the scratches
