Baby's skin
Hi, i can see some very small pimples on my baby's cheek. I am using sebamed soap to bath him and was using chicoo body lotion but now since 2 days using cetaphil cream on his cheeks. Attached is the picture for reference... Pls suggest

Greetings - these look like harmless infantile acne - plz continue to use a cream which suits your child's skin and avoid changing the creams every now and then.
