  4. Baby poop 4 months. Advice on this.

Baby poop 4 months
Hello doctors my son is 4 months old , found these red flecks attaching photo for your reference. He's not having any discomfort in pooping and he's active and playing takes his feeds normally. He's on zincovit and vitamin d . Please advice on this . Thank you
