Baby latching issues, unable to BF
Hi, I am unable to breastfeed my baby it has become a dream now. She is 12 days old and does not latch well. When i pump it I get enough milk flow but when she sucks, she gets cranky and I am very much bothered about this whole thing it's so traumatizing. I just want her to learn to get fed, I don't see her as a happy baby otherwise. She smiles when she is asleep. Can you advise? I have tried nipple shield too and that's bigger than mine and that doesn't work either. She hated it the moment. I'm worried if I have to remain pumping for the entire year. :(

Hello there, 1st of all, congratulations for having a lovely daughter. For baby's feeding problem, i would like to give you 2 advices- 1) Clear baby's nose( by nasal saline drops)....coz if nose is blocked, baby will find difficult to breath while breastfeeding. 2) Attach and baby to breast properly and comfortably, can watch videos for that.
Next Steps
If still not helping, keep trying with said precautions, some babies may take some time to learn well.
Health Tips
Also do Kangaroo mother care for 1 hour everday.
