Baby Doesn't Sleeps Well - I Have A Baby Of 10 Months. Even

Baby doesn't sleeps well

I have a baby of 10 months. Even after giving him some extra to eat and drink he doesn't take a sound sleep. He wakes up after every one hour for the milk. Even in the saytime he wakes up after every 30 mins. He is quite good at playing and very active even after very less sleep.Please help how to handle.
