B12 deficiency
I am having slight flickering in the eyes that makes me confused whether it is coming from the light or it is from my eyes meanwhile also I am seeing some floaters in bright light or sunlight. This month I was detected with very low levels of vitamin B12 it was 87 could these problems be due to the deficiency of vitamin B12 .is it possible?

It could be due to vit b12 deficiency. Please take ink methyl cobalamine 1500iu on alternate day and consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Also get vit d3 level checked.
