B12 and foot pain
My Serum b12 level was 180 a month ago, now since then I consulted a doctor in my hometown, he recommended me to make dietary changes and also asked me to take neurbion plus for a month, recently I started Neurbion forte as well. My twitchings, tinglings and pain has reduced a bit, but I still feel slightly paining weakness Lower calf's . Also after waking up in the morning I have slight pain in the front part of foot. The slight weakening pain stays throughout the day. How long will it take for the b12 level to go up and is this pain related to b12 only?
