Hi my child faces cough and cold frequently and allopathy medicine doesnt help it cure perfectly. Can a ayurvedic treatment can be given, so that it goes away complety. Also what things should he avoid.

Hi sorry for the late reply. URTI are common for kids and it can be treated easily by Ayurveda. Dont's are avoid cold items, give him warm milk with turmeric every morning on empty stomach. There are plenty of medicines in Ayurveda such as Aravindasavam or vasariahtam and many more. I can help u out when I have an 1 to 1 consultation
