Ayurvedic Shampoo
Which the the best ayurvedic shampoo which i can use for hair fall and dandruff ?
I have been using patanjali shampoo, but my hair fall and dandruff has continued. When i consulted my local hair specialist, she prescribes a shampoo brand that she promotes.
Also i heard nowadays even ayurvedic shampoo have chemicals. I want a shampoo as natural as possible, with minimum chemicals. Please recommend me

Shampoo has nothing to do with hairgrowth or preventing hairfall. It is a myth. There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
