Can anyone please let me know if this syrup can be given to 5 year old child. As this syrup has been given by an Eye doctor but in syrup no information is provided if it is for kids.

Avoid this one. You can give any other multivitamin syrup in it's place. For eg. Syp Zincovit 5 ml twice a day.
