Autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency
I would like to know that the has been lot of confusion between autoimmune disease and immune defficency. May be because i am not from the medical ground. Would you please explain me what autoimmune disease does and what immune defficency does. Are both of them are different. If yes what are their function

Both are different. Autoimmune disease occurs when body immune system turns against the body itself. Immune deficiency is when bodies ability to fight diseases are low
