Whatever little I could understand from your description I assume you are wanting to reconfirm the diagnosis given by your dentist.
There seems to be caries that is cavity in upper right first molar , the other two areas that is the square marking and teardrop marking do not seem relevant to me.
But again we cannot day for sure unless seen clinically
