Atopic Dermatitis
My daughter has been having Atopic Detmatitis, she has recorded high levels of IgE 2570, how do we bring it for down. Though she has been taking medicines over last 4 years, it didn't help. Please advise.

She needs to get evaluated for other allergic disorders or immunological disorders as well by a immunologist. For atopic dermatitis follow below instructions. Use cetaphil cleansing lotion instead of soaps Apply cetaphil restoraderm lotion after bath for whole body Use Tacrolimus 0.03% cream over affected area for 2-3 months. Apply fluticasone cream for the flare up for short periods. Levocetrizine syrup for itching symptoms. Use only cotton clothes. Avoid extreme temperatures Avoid mosquito bites keep the parts covered by using full arms and full pants. Avoid high protein food.
