Asthmatic
I have been using asthalin rotocaps from past 12 years . I have been smoking from past 3 years 5 cigarettes a day. Kindly suggest what test and medicine I should go for.

Please stop smoking and consult a chest physcian. You will need a spirometery do determine your lung funtion and the inhalers can be changed accordinly.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Asthalin is not enough. Smoking worsens asthma. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.
