Asthma & breathing problm
I suffer from asthma for the last 20 yrs. And as a relief I use inhaler. There r no frequent attacks . Sometimes there r 3-4 in a day n sumtimes there r none for 2 or more days. I don't smoke nor consume any other addictives. Is thr any permanent solution for asthma or inhalers r d last resolution. Any other suggestion

hi....as u ve told u are a patient having asthma using inhalers.....u can definitely come out of inhalers but it takes a lot of time. ....practise breathing exercise daily and even meditation.....avoid allergens by using a face mask.....avoid cold items and food stuffs keptin refrigerator...avoid stress and anxiety contact pulmonologist or physician... so that they will start on oral drugs and slowly u can stop using inhaler!!
