Asking for medical certificate
Hello,
I am a student of delhi university. Due to my extreme skin condition and also because some of my family problems i was not able to attend college for quite sometime. But the skin lab people could not give me one because they donnot have the medical seal. I need to submit a medical certificate in college. Please help
