Arm pulled/pressure/cant lift it up
Today i was working with my arms above my head for about 20 minutes and when i lowered my arms, my left arm randomly froze and i couldnt raise it properly, and soon after i moved it into position and it felt like something popped/moved and then instant relief, so okay all good.... it went away and shortly after it happened again, and since then(6 hours?) ive gotten increased pressure in my tricep area and my shoulder hurts. my first thought is a pinched nerve in my arm? i cant move my left arm :(

Hi.. It could be due to a muscle got impinged in an awkward position due to waier faulty position of the arm. I recommend you to ice your arm frequently to allow recovery.. Don't lift any weight.. Don't like on the affected left side.. Don't move your arm forcefully.. Kindly revert back after a day in case you need any further clarification or if movement doesn't Improve..
