Are those pregnancy symptoms?

Last had sex 47days back. After that we haven't done it yet. It was her 25th day of cycle took ipill within 24hours.Got 2regular periods within 30days. Took 2 UPT s yesterday all negative. But today she is having constipation problem with mild abdominal pain(Its her old problem though) , cold and leg pain. And also if she moves her butt is also paining a bit. Are those pregnancy symptoms?
