Sir may I give mebex syp to my 1.4yrs baby. Although I knew that it is prohibited for less than 2years.

Please don't give Syr. Mebendazole (Mebex) for those less than 2 years: use in under-2 year olds not adequately studied & hence not recommended.
Next Steps
if there is confirmed parasites in stool (after doing stool ova/parasite test) once child is 2 years age (& under 20kg weight), then you can safely give Syrup Albendazole (Zentel, 400mg/10ml) 5ml at bedtime and repeat 5ml again at bedtime after 2 weeks gap.
Health Tips
Albendazole is the drug of choice, rather than Mebendazole. Once weight over 20kg, then please give 400mg ie 10ml dose.
