My dad is 56yrs..ckd on mhd patient.. he had pain in abdomin and ultra sound shoes apendicular mass with inflamated 18mm..Cbp normal..neutrophils r 6.9gout of 7...no fever from 21st itself..pain supsided after 2days of nbm and 2days liquid diet and from 5th day stated eating but as of now no pain..dry gave piptaz antibiotic..plz help me wat is a xact way to treat dis..
