Any similarity between both reports
Can someone give straight answer as I asked this question earlier too but no direct answer is given to me like in one MRI report right side nerve is mentioned but which nerve is it i.e in latest MRI ...is it trigeminal nerve or some different nerve ?? As in old MRI right side nerve is different one ...but here one neurologist said that right side nerve is trigeminal just by checking one MRI i.e latest one .. but nerve name is not mentioned in latest MRI..only prepontine region is mentioned...Attaching both MRI images ...kindly give clear picture anyone

They are both similar reports, don't get confused by the different wordings used in the reports. Both mention vascular loops are present on the right side. However there is no significant compression of either 5th or 7th cranial nerves. In addition the first  report mentions that there is a branch vein seen over left 5th cranial nerves which is of no clinical significance. These are essentially normal reports. If u are suffering from trigeminal neuralgia you need to continue your medical treatment and there is no need for any surgical management.
