Anxious and Obsessed with past event
I was once bitten by my pet puppy around 15 years back. I did not get vaccinated then. Recently I came across some rabies related posts and developed anxiety. I consulted 3 physicians, they all assured me i am safe and have nothing to worry about.Even read WHO articles, and found since my dog did not die soon days, i am safe. But i am unable to get over it. I constantly feel urge to go find answers again.I keep reassuring myself.I am totally occupied and cannot concentrate on anything.

You said it was a pet puppy and 15 years ago it bit you.  If your pet puppy was safe and alive for couple of years  (as per their life span) you are absolutely fine. Remove the fear out of your mind completely. If it was something to do with rabies you would have been affected seriously within couple of days itself. The period  between dog bite infection and the first symptoms  (incubation period) is typically 1–3 months in humans. Incubation period  as short as four days and longer than three years, depending on the location and severity of the contaminated wound and the amount of virus introduced.Initial signs and symptoms of rabies are often nonspecific such as fever and headache, agitation,  fear of water,  insomnia etc. In severe cases death may occur within 2 to 10 days.
Next Steps
Relax and forget about that incident.

Your anxiety is driving you to look for more convincing answers which you have already got. The next step is to learn how to manage your anxiety by distracting your mind to other meaningful activities, replacing irrational and illogical thoughts with rational and logical thoughts, keep focused in the present moment.
Next Steps
Please see a counselling psychologist for an evaluation and further course of action.
