  4. Anxiety medicine. During breastfeeding?

I want to treat my anxiety and anger. Went to clinic. They suggested Arip Mt 5 and stalopam 5 mg. But I am exclusively breastfeeding mother of 3 months baby. Those medicines are safe during breastfeeding? Please guide me.
