I get angry very easily I get depressed on small things My head starts paining I sweat like hell Please help? Can i take Xanax? I heard that they are really helpful and are great anti-anxiety pills!

You sound like having Migraine. Anti-anxiety medications are of limited use. You should visit a genuine ENT Surgeon or a Neurologist.
