Anxiety due to antibiotic
Is it possible that antibiotics lead to anxiety? My wife had antibiotics for continuously 7 days.. 3 times a day(augmentin). And now it is reduced to 1 in a day (loxofAz). Since yesterday, she is feeling very anxiety and also stated having stomach cramps. Is this expected ? What's the best treatment ?

Hi, anxiety is a non-specific feature of antibiotic intake. Abdominal cramps are due to augmentin only. Drink plenty of water, green leafy vegetables, add more of roughage to diet. If symptoms persists consult Physician...
