Dear Doctor,
I Feel like my head is tight and both side its get bit tightened and pain ,whenever i massage there i feel relaxed.My eyes get strained and whenever i put eyedrop i feel relaxed.I am not able to diatract myself or concentrate on one thing ,i feel helpless to do it.i don't know what thoughts are making me anxious but i am always on a state of continuos thinking.i have short breathing and forgotten what is the correct way of breathing ,when i do deep breathing i feel bit relaxed but when i am not aware again i do short breathing and the breathing process is not smooth ,not in its own .whenever i study i feel pain in my head as like something is stuck,not able to recall the things i studied properly .please help me out from this.i am feeling disturbed and fruatrated.
