Im on 60 mg of cymbalta in the morning, then i felt anxious so had 20 mg of valium and 8 standard alcohol drinks now i need to be awake and have 40mg of duromine. is that ok? plus low metformin dose in evenings after food

Reason for using cymbalta, valium is it prescribed by Psychiatrist or it is self medication.
